WEST FRANKFORT – An early Monday morning house fire is under investigation in West Frankfort.

Several fire departments were called in to help West Frankfort firefighters with the blaze around 2:20 a.m. on Clark Street. Crews were on scene for almost three hours before the all clear was given.

The home is a total loss. No one was at home when the fire started.
