WEST FRANKFORT – Judith “Judy” Ann Winner, 82, of West Frankfort, Illinois, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, in her residence at 4:55 p.m.

Judy was born June 7, 1942, in West Frankfort, Illinois, to Joseph and Mildred Imogene “Silevan” Hall. She loved to read and watch movies and TV.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ronald Winner; and brother, Joe Hall.

Judy is survived by her son, James (Gail) Hoppers; brothers, Gilbert (Dawn) Browning, Michael Todich and Greg Hall; sister, Theresa Patton; grandchildren, Joe and Melissa Hoppers and James and Casey Hoppers; and great-grandchildren, Greg, Madison, Jacob and Lucas.

Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Union Funeral Home in West Frankfort, Illinois. Visitation will be held from 9-10 a.m. prior to the service.
