CREAL SPRINGS – A man wanted for a retail theft late last month in Marion was arrested and cited for Methamphetamine Possession in Creal Springs according to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies had been looking for Richard “Dwyane” Colbroth in Creal Springs in reference to the retail theft that happened on Friday, Jan. 24. They found him that day around 11:30 a.m. leaving a home in Creal Springs. The vehicle involved in the retail theft, which happened earlier in the day, was also there.

Deputies approached Colbroth on the sidewalk near the home and asked him if he had any weapons on him. Colbroth said he had several knives. Deputies also saw a clear plastic bag containing 6 grams of meth clenched in his left hand.

Colbroth was taken into custody and cited for Methamphetamine Possession. He was lodged in the Williamson County Jail where Marion Police officers cited him for Retail Theft.
